I think I answered this in a reply a few minutes ago to a later message in this thread, but just in case not...
The process outlined in my documentation should still work, but JAWS may say "Unknown field" where you are supposed to press Space instead of saying what it should. This happens on some new computers, often those running Windows 8 or 8.1 I believe, that have very high screen resolution, and specifically though I did not mention this part in my earlier message, those that have high DPI settings. The reasons are esoteric and technical but concern whether an application and/or screen reader are what is called "DPI aware." So if your JAWS says "Unknown field," press Space at that point, or perhaps more usefully explained, press Space on the tab stop right after the one that says your name and "link Manage."
