Short answer: Not possible yet but on my list to fix now. Longer answer:
I initially said I wanted Skype/Microsoft to fix this. I still do, but it's not happening. So I committed, on Twitter a few weeks ago, to attempting a fix myself in the scripts. This is tricky because it requires careful attention to the different message formats that can occur, and it can complicate translation into other languages, where word order is not the same as in English.
