hi gerry 1. from your list of contacts, tab 4 times to call mobiles and landlines from the dial pad - press spacebar or enter. 2. shift tab once to select region or country to call. enter and arrow down to the country you wish to call and press enter again when you get to the country of choice. 3. tab once to enter the number you wish to call. 4. tab three times to call button. alternatively, which is always my preferred option, press control r once you've entered the number.
if you need to enter an account/card number, if you are calling the bank for example, when you hear the ring tone, tab 6 times to dial pad and hit spacebar. jaws will say something like dial pad 1 and you can then enter your account or card details. you do not need to press enter or spacebar once you've done this. hope you find the above useful. steve ----- Original Message ----- From: Jerry Pryde To: [email protected] Sent: Monday, August 18, 2014 12:26 PM Subject: [Skypeenglish] calls Hello.
