When you hear Chat Commands, Notification Commands, Miscellaneous Commands, Contact Commands, or Tab Commands, that means you recently pressed the left square bracket key, to the right of the letter p. This starts a mode in the scripts that allows you to do things through something like a menu system instead of by memorizing a lot of script commands. To exit this mode, press Escape once. You will hear a sort of door-closing sound, and your Tab key will again begin navigating through Skype itself. If for some reason you need to type the left bracket into Skype, just press it twice to get one of them.
