first of all I confirm that with Doug's scripts it's ctrl+2 for the
conversations list, unless you use JAWS 15 with its own scripts, in that
case it's again alt+2.
I sometimes hear a lost call when I made an unanswered call, after a
restart, but I sincerely don't know why.
Last but not least, if I find some unread conversations but I am unable
to find which they are in the conversations list, I normally clear the
conversations history, following this procedure:
1. go to tools menu, then options;
2. press down arrow till you find "Privacy settings";
3. press tab some times, and if you shortly find "show advanced options"
hit spacebar on it, if not continue with the next step;
4. go ahead with tab till you hear Clear history button;
5. you will be asked for confirmation, press shift+tab to find the clear
button (since the cursor is on Cancel by default), and press space;
6. some time can occurr before the deletion operation continues, once
it's finished you will land again on the options /privacy pane;
7. tab to save and hit spacebar on it.
