Noted;however my pholosophy still stands on the nda even if there is not one. I've been a beta tester for stuff for over 11 years now, and i treat every one of them as if there is an nda hence there will be no more discussion on jaws 16 until it gets released to the public as a public download on freedom's site and not a public beta.
