There is also a mailinglist in Turkey related to Skype, and I wrote that
post to inform them about a NVDA addon for Skype which I've found.
Accidentally it's posted in here. My apologies again. But still, you can try
this addon.

There are so many Turks on the Playroom, I've learned to recognize it right
away when eloquence reads it. Then I just used my nifty little Google
translate plug-in for NVDA to translate it. This is what they said, it's a
message reading plug-in for NVDA.
