Robert,
tell us which Skype/scripts/JAWS versions are you running, chances are
the association is not correct.
The latest scripts version is 6.18A rev. 860 which only works with Skype
6.218 and later, and also starting in JAWS 12 or later. It could also
work with the latest JAWS 11 update, though with an experimental support.
