Hello,
when the conference is active do the following procedure, valid only if
using JAWS scripts for Skype by Doug Lee:
1. press ctrl+3 to find the live conversations list;
2. in the conference item, press the applications key and choose send IM;
3. press tab till you find the name of the person of interest;
4. on the context menu you will find eighter "End call" or "Remove from
group conversation". I recommend you to use the second one so that the
removal is more "complete" and he/she cannot even send you chat messaes
inside the group.
