My Skype script installer handles the default script chain issues so you don't have to mess with default.jss yourself. Slightly to my surprise, I have also been running into an increasing number of cases where default scripts work better than app-specific ones. Systray apps and apps that launch from toolbars within multiple apps are good examples of this trend. This means I've been sending out installers that manage default.jss/jsb more often of late, even in professional projects.
