The JAWS version you are using does not support compiling scripts in the newer JAWS 12+ syntax. Usually the latest JAWS 11 versions allow this. My suspicion is that one of the following is true: 1. Your JAWS 11 is older than you think, though I don't know how that would happen. 2. Some components of your JAWS 11 are older than your JAWS 11 itself. This might happen if you composed that JAWS installation in an irregular manner. 3. The language translation of your JAWS 11 includes components that are older than those in the English copy of the same JAWS version. I consider this the most likely. The upshot, in any case, is that you will not be able to compile the scripts in your JAWS 11 instance. You should be able to copy the scripts from a newer JAWS, though since the scripts won't compile in your JAWS 11, I consider it very possible that this too will fail for lack of a new enough JAWS implementation. If that happens, you will probably get a runtime error when trying to focus Skype with your JAWS 11 running. At worst, your JAWS will try to run the scripts and will crash when encountering an operation that is not supported in that JAWS instance. So I recommend not using the current Skype scripts in your JAWS 11, sorry to say.
