I got 6.22 today from skype.com directly, and it is running fine with the scripts I have here; though those are newer than what is out there... holding off on releasing an update until the version number confusion settles down. Details below, just for the curious and technical of mind...
Skype 6.21.85.104 is the version number of the "preview" Skype I've been running for a while, which I believe is what just today became Skype 6.22. There was a Skype 6.21.59.104, or at least I think it was 59, that was the official, non-preview release. The biggest difference in script code for supporting those two versions turns out to be how I have to handle the typing indicators. I started trying to make the scripts handle both cases, but I eventually decided to create a new script version again so I don't have to deal with two completely different typing indicators in one script set. But I could not release two different sets of scripts for Skype 6.21 versions of Skype without causing mass confusion I'm sure... So the next Skype script release will be for Skype 6.22 and later, and the scripts that are already out there will remain available for Skype 6.21. If someone else out there is running the preview known as Skype 6.21.85.104, the 6.22 scripts will probably work best with it; but I doubt I bother to explain that anywhere official, since that Skype version will quickly be lost in history...
