According to the Skype scripts homepage http://www.dlee.org/skype the latest version of the scripts are, Revision 860, released September 14, 2014. If you are having problems with your scripts with Job Access With Speech version 16 which I can confirm works just fine on this machine here. I highly recommend that you download the scripts and reinstall them. Due to the fact that the merged utility does not correctly merge your jaw settings. I hope this helps and thank you for reading.
