Respected sir, Before solving your problems, you must make sure that the following things you have done correctly. 1. Make sure that you are having the latest version of Skype, which is Skype 6.22.8.104. To download it, please click: http://www.skype.com/en/download-skype 2. Make sure that you are using right jaws script which is jaws script 618a revision 860 released on September 14 2014. 3. Be certain that you are using jaws 15 or 16. 4. As you install Skype 6.22, you will have to run a setup just like drop box. 5. Make sure that your skype view should be compact view or in Skype 6.22 it is split window. 6. Please uninstall your last version & delete your skype related files from everywhere. 7. Also Delete your registry keys regarding skype as well. 8. Now install Skype 6.22.8.104 run setup convert it from default view to split window & run your jaws script 618a revision 860. I sincerely hope that you will solve all of your issues.
