That setting is in the
IM settings: Set up your IM options group. And you must be in the advanced
settings to see the Receive All Incoming Files check box.
Also, you must check the "save all files to: My Skype Received Files" check
box to see the setting.
Also, you might not see the option the first time when tabbing through the
settings, so be sure to tab through these settings more than once. In other
words, tab past the save button and start over looking through the IM
settings: Set up your IM options group.

I saw a very cool funtion now in skype 6.22, which allows you to save files
automatically, if you check that checkbox, you're files are going to be
stored in your favourite folder where you wanna save your files, I activated

Known problems in 6.22 off the top of my head:
1. No way to save a file in a file transfer: No Save button name, and people
report that Tab and Space doesn't work without the name either.
2. I hear similar reports for saving or adding contacts, though I don't know
which or have details.
Otherwise things seem good. I use 6.22 myself.

That was the case I believe a few years ago. so if that is going and clisk
will also be gone, that makes my stuff harder as some times I have to dial
long strings of numbers when making calls through skype. I hope that ms in
there not so infenet wisdom will make an api we can use again to support 3rd
party apps.
