If someone has removed you from their list of skype contacts, when you arrow down the list, your screen reader should say this person has not shared their contact details with you. That should be information enough. There is no need for skype developers to make it any clearer. I'm not sure how they could say you have been blocked by someone. Perhaps someone with a sighted friend, who has recently been blocked could let us know what it says on the screen. For those who use a screen reader, i believe it simply says that the contact is offline.
