I'm actually amazed… I updated the Skype, and all of my issues have been resolved… I was having a major issue with jaws 16 not reading the chat messages correctly, and updating seem to have helped itt!!! For those interested, the views that should be checked, at least this is what I like, are simple view, and split window view. If split window view is checked, conversations will be shown in separate windows… HTH
