Again, I would contact the skype english support team and see what can be done from their end. I just can't see how your facebook broke. I think something else non skype related is at fault here, and I'm not sure what it could be. I think you got duped by one of the emails that said your skype password has been changed and to click here. I've reported these to the facebook team and they have lessoned for now.
