I sometimes have some issues of that kind but mostly when I am doing
something else via the Internet... My recommendation, for example, is
not to use softwares like eMule while you are in a call, mostly in a
conference. I notice that mostly when I am sharing something via
Dropbox, and/or I am in a Tandem session.
I am not aware of Skype servers problems though.
