Hi, The latest version of skype for android found on the google play store will work just fine with talkback. Note chats will not be read automaticly, but all other functions will work just fine. As you receive a new chat a alert will sound and you will then be able to read the chats from within the chat window using the flick methods you use every where else with android, and talk back.
