Other thing... If you have separate chat Windows (in english I think
it's called split view if I am not wrong), you will have to be in a chat
window in order to use chat commands, they won't work from within the
contact list. If you are already on a chat, than Doug is right, you
probably need a translated scritps set or to use Skype in english.
Since Skype 6.9 already, they changed something in the chat messages
constants so that now tyey're "language-dependent" as we say in
technical terms.
