Hey Addison,
first of all it's quite impossible 6.1 since as far as I know, MS no
longer supports versions below 6.18!..
But anyway, this does not change anything so far about this procedure...
You'll have to go to Skype options, then down to hotkeys; make sure that
"enable global hotkeys" is checked, and then press tab to find the list
of elements and make sure "Answer call" and "Reject/Hang up call" at
least are checked; beware though that alt+pg up and alt+pg down are the
default ones but they can be also changed, so make sure you did not
change them.
