Hi Michele, I can't find the contact request so I can accept the request!! I try press ctrl + 2 then press tab or arrow down til I heard contact request and still can't find contact request ,Were I suppose to be on contact list to do this ?

In order to find the contact request, you can use ctrl+2 if you use JAWS with Doug scripts, to focus the conversations list, and scroll it with arrows.
