Ok Susan, I did not recall you were a NVDA user, sorry for the confusion!
So we cannot use JAWS Tandem to fix your problem, and also better that
you use NVDA 2015.1 for best support with Skype 7.x. If you use a lower
version of NVDA, better to upgrade as soon as possible.
It seems to me that with NVDA they introduced some remote support, but I
don't know how it works.
