Hi skype users. I have a headset microphone, but it can only be used one way
or another so have been fiddling with it trying to make it work. then last
night just by chance I opened a little box on my closet floor and found two old
microphones that were from a cassette player in an old stereo I had way back in
the 80s. the setup wizard didn’t quite work right the progress bar would try
to move but what ever it is trying to install couldn’t. so just now I grabbed
the other mic and plugged it in. using the echo sound test service I found my
audio was louder than on the headset mic but there was an awful hiss. so the
question is How do I get that hissing sound out. I rechecked the automaticly
adjust microphone volume now how do I adjust the recording level settings and
how do I get rid of the hiss? this microphone works other wise.
