Would deleting an individual's history alter this doug?

When you change your time zone, you change the stamps of messages that arrive after you change it, but that's it. I did ask Skype a long time ago to consider using UTC instead of local time for internal storage of timestamps, but I don't remember the outcome of that discussion. I do remember that a scenario exactly like yours prompted me to say that to them though.
