Ok well perhaps I have been downloading the wrong one because when I did
a search with Cortana, it didn't list it as a desktop version, I went to
skype.com/go/getskype-full that is how I got it. Still won't work on my
end using an HPG72 laptop with Version 10 of Windows home premium. One
way or another I'll get this solved eventually. Thanks for the timely
response I appreciate it.
