I received one report of this before this one but have not had a chance to investigate yet, as I don't have a JAWS 17 installation handy. builtin.jsd is not being found by the installer, according to both reports. builtin.jsd has been a standard JAWS file for many years, so I am a bit surprised at this one myself.
