Hey Sarah, I think JAWS scripts for Skype support version 12 and above,
so JAWS 13 should be ok...
You probably got confused with a period where the scripts did not
install correctly with the installer because of some issues with
SkypeWatch with JAWS 12 and possibly 13, but they should be fixed now.
In addition, Doug's answer shows that your remembering was wrong...
