Well you know what to do then, talk louder and have more users submit feedback. They will listen the more we talk. Let's make a difference. I myself don't use call recorder for skype but put together a 3 to 4 page page with screenshots explaining the issue if you can. I have done this and because of this one company made their software accessible in about a month. I was quite impressed. My business prof would be proud.
