Sarah already answered you, but here's mine... I don't think there's anything a JAWS script on your end could do to mess up the video display on the other end of a Skype call with you. JAWS itself shouldn't do this either, though I suppose that might be more possible since JAWS includes video drivers. A Skype upgrade could potentially affect video quality, as of course could Internet connection speed and congestion, a change in video hardware at either end, installation or removal of another application or device driver, etc.
Suggestions: 1. Find out if your contact has the same problem in other Skype calls besides with you. 2. Determine, if you can, what if anything was upgraded, replaced, or removed on either of your systems at about the time this started - besides, of course, a set of JAWS scripts. 3. See if the problem continues after both of you reboot and if your call occurs at a different time of day.
