I have a feeling that since I haven't used the account in x number of
months, they probably suspended me and therefore locked me out...is my
only speculation, though! Wonder what to do in that case.

By the way that strange menu thing is for user names. That enables you to
choose one when you sign in, assuming it will remember them of corse. You still
need to put your password in, but there you go. Hope that helps a bit.

Well I changed my password to having 17 characters and when I try to sign in on a Windows
10 laptop, in each respective fields noting that I input everything correctly, it looks
as if nothing has been inpputted at all when I use my left/right arrow keys to review I
see nothing then I see an interesting button labeled "unlabeled 1" and it looks
like it is a menu that either expands or collapses and it does nothing, so I go to the
sign in button and press it and nothing happens. This is using the desktop client and
