That exact error message, the one about builtin.jsd being unfindable, is usually caused by running an older script installer. I fixed that issue in the latest release, so I wonder if there's any way you could be running an older installer than you thought?
The most common way that happens to people is from downloading from the last link on the web page, which is 6.22a, whereas you need 6.22b.
