Sarah, I downloaded 6.22B, after uninstalling it. Evidently, it had kept up
with Skype, when Microsoft updated Skype. I don’t understand why I no longer
have access to the menus nor key commands. Actually, I can find a couple of my
contacts and I know where the menu items should be, to call, but haven’t been
able to contact them. When Skype loads, I hear “ Group? Chinese? Facebook?
If I enter on Groups, I get a list of my contacts, but no indication of their
being on line and when I enter and type a message, there is no response, nor my
message displayed. I’ve gotta be doing something wrong. Help! Frank
