I think the command is Insert+Q. :) I also think the shortcuts that aren't working are app shortcuts, not JAWS script commands; correct me if I'm wrong.
App shortcuts should just work; there is nothing you have to do to enable them in SFB. They may be language dependent though, so if you've switched SFB to a non-English language, the shortcuts may have changed to match that language. If this still doesn't help, give us examples of what's not working so we can better understand the type of problem you're having.
