If I am understanding your quetion correctly, you can still search
for skype users.
If you tab to the edit field which is a search field and type in for
example, Michele Barbi then down arrow and you'll hear search skype
button, press enter and down arrow.
you'll see the results.
there are about 20 with your name or maybe its one guy with 20
different accounts?
