I sincerely do not know how they manage to contact you if they've been
blocked, I hope it's not a hacking intent...
Anyway, for leaving the group chat, once you focused it in the
conversations list, try to go to the context menu, coose send IM, and
write this string in the chat input box:
/leave
Then keep the fingers crossed and hope they no longer break you!.. Smile..
