Hey Beverly, I am not sure if I got well your question...
First thing I should say, I did not upgrade to Win10 due to some reports
that influenced me, so I hope these directions still apply.
If you need to minimize Skype and you don't want to find it anymore by
pressing alt+tab, I think you need go to tools / options, goto advanced,
then go with tab till you find: "View Skype in the TaskBar while I am
signed in", and uncheck it. If you don't find Skype icon with ins+f11
instead, there should be a way in the control panel for showing all the
icons in the notifications area, but I don't remember where to go in
systems that are not Windows 7.
If it's something different, or you can't find the directions of above,
we can try to agree in order to have a call and start a Tandem session.
