About the update: No. It's still not working. Still no notification.
There's one exception:
I am getting the notifications from people who I am adding newly. I just
added 2 or 3 in the past 30 days. I am getting the notification from
those people.
I tried asking an old contact to delete me from their list, I also
deleted him from my list, and then we both added each other again to our
list. No luck.
The story is long; Skype is buggy.
