Hi skype listers ken with two questions one is I’m not sure on topic or not but the other is. am trying to update skype my skype is set to update automaticly but it hasn’t done so. when I try manually there’s maybe a minute or a minute and a half where apparently nothing happens. I have set NVDA to beep for progress bar updates so I can hear when an update or anything installing is doing so and when it’s complete. after a while maybe a minute and a half a retry button comes up. any idea why it’s not updating? now my second question not sure if it’s on topic or not. I’ve been fiddling around in microphone settings with both exclusive and shared modes. right now exclusive mode is checked and I’ve set it up so that when I use shared mode I’m at 96000 hz. two chanel 16 bit. how does exclusive and or shared mode affect skype, and in exclusive mode should I or should I not check the box that says give exclusive devises priority?
