Hey Steve, I am afraid you're a bit confused...
If you using builtin JAWS scripts and you're trying to virtualize the
message, be careful that I am not sure if they work as Doug's ones, so
if the voicemail is not the fifth message back you don't have to use
ctrl+5 but another number, corresponding to the actual message. If you
use Doug's scripts instead, use ctrl+5 only once to focus the messages
list or inbox, then scroll with arrows to find the line concerning the
voicemail, and presstab till you find a play button.
