Hello there,
because of a comment on my Italian list where a person was a bit messy
and then she fixed it all, there is something that came to my mind
regarding some people having issues with notifications, and consequently
SkypeWatch.
Try to go to the Skype options, notifications settings, and make sure
the "Enable Skype for Windows desktop notifications" option is
*checked*, not unchecked. Note that the translation might not correspond.
