This is actually something new with Skype if I’m not mistaken.
This way if the host needs to end the call or go away for a while the others
wont get dropped if they are still talking.

Hello Listers,
Not sure if this is a skype issue or a windows 10 issue. Running the latest
version of skype and jaws 18 on a windows 10 64 bit machine. When I am hosting
a conference call, and I end the call. It ends it for me. How ever not for
the others on the call. They can continue talking even though I am no longer
hosting the call. I can sign in to skype at a later time and rejoin the call.
