Hello Jerry, What language are you in now? Any way, perform the following steps exactly: 1. Go to the main Skype window. 2. Press Alt to go to the menu bar. 3. Press Right arrow four times to go to the Tools menu. 4. Press Down arrow once to go to the Change Language item. 5. Press Right arrow to open the submenu. 6. Keep pressing Down Arrow until you hear English. 7. Press Enter. 8. Enjoy!
