Again what I would suggest is in this order. 1. Uninstall ff and restart 2. Uninstall skype and restart 3. Run a reg cleaner if you have one and restart 4. Reinstall skype and restart 5. Log in and see if you still get that cookie prompt 6. Restart, reinstall firefox and restart and sign into skype to see if you get the issue. If you do you know the culpret is FF not skype.
