Dear friend, I read your email and it seams to me that your friend’s Skype was not installed properly. You said that your friend is using windows 7. It seams that she is using windows 7 which is out dated, therefore her windows 7’s Microsoft installer which is responsible to install Skype properly, Has failed to install Skype properly!
