Hi.
Yes. In the IM's options the setting up part, there is an a place that says it goes to My Skype received files and a button that says change folder. But, when you look at the options, it says desktop, libraries, an obscure folder with my name on it, network group, and something else I can't remember now.
But, no Downloads, no MSRF.
I managed to get it set to Desktop. I can work with that for now.

Jerry.

   Hi.

Does anyone know how to get Skype to deposit files into the My Skype Received Files folder. Until the last week or so, it was doing just that. I messed it up somehow, and I?m trying to figure out how to correct it.
Thanks.

Jerryl.

Hi Jerry and list.
I think the link in the footer is really a send mail link, referring to
an email address. Effectively, I tried some times to replace en with my
own language (it), and at first worked but now I am afraid that does no
longer work. I normally use the Give feedback option in the help menu or
Facebook page, but I am afraid they never look at it.
Suggestion for our dearest mod: being things like this, is it still
worthy to keep this info on the list footer? If I were you I'd take that
off, smile!..
Bye!
Barbuz

Yeah it used to work but I really don't know anymore. They are not even receptive on the forums. I used to go there but now their forum is not accessible to pot to at all. I will take the feedback into consideration and make the changes in the next 72 hours should I deem it appropriate.

Isn't there an option about where it put files in directories? I dont go to that section as it just puts it in my downloads folder which is what I want.

Take care
