I received one other report of this issue a couple days ago. It happens when you use the current SFB scripts with Lync 2013 instead of Office 365 or SFB 2016. The person who first reported this issue said he would get back to me with further information on what seems to be causing this. I no longer have a way to test Lync 2013 myself.
The best solution at the moment is to use an older revision of the SFB scripts, such as revision 291. If you don't have that handy, let me know and I'll get one posted - which I'll probably need to do anyway if I'm guessing right. I have just updated to JAWS 18 and downloaded the latest script. When I type the command key followed by "h" to read the history, and then arrow through it, I hear the name of the person who opened the chat at the start of every line. This gets confusing, especially when that person did nottype the particular line. Is there something I can do to not have this spoken? This is new behavior with JAWS 18 and the new version of the script.
