I hope you are right. I have spent little time on this computer, so haven’t even tried to listen to all my previous voice messages. When I did try to play messages in other formats, Groove Music popped up and there was no sound. I got rid of it, once, but when Microsoft did an update, MWMP disappeared and Groove was back and muting everything, again. Thanks Barb, regarding trying to make WMP the default player again.
