Hey Kimmie and all,
if you mean you never hear a person going offline or online announced by
SkypeWatch, he probably has Skype for iPhone in the background. In that
case you might hear he's away on a mobile device while scrolling the
contact list, but I recommend not to start a call in such a case,
because he's more likely not able to get it.
